Mike’s passion for sports and fitness stems from his extensive and varied athletic background: tennis, soccer, body building and MMA (mixed martial arts). His competitiveness and love for sports have led him to pursue a career in personal training. With his experience and dedication to fitness he has the ability to customize a workout program catered to the individual’s specific goal pertaining to their health and fitness needs.

I have been training with Mike for the past three years. His ability to design a workout program for me, a senior flight attendant, has been most helpful in maintaining my overall wellness. He has also been responsible for developing a workout program that has helped me recover from a surgery incurred performing my duties as a flight attendant. I believe this workout program has helped in my returning to work in as short of time as possible with the full use of my arm and shoulder. His ability to gauge an individual’s capabilities and progress makes a workout program with Mike fun and fulfilling.
We have been training with Mike twice a week for over 1-1/2 years now and we still look forward to each challenging session. We have a very active lifestyle and our goal is to keep our muscles and joints strong, increase our core strength and retain good balance. Mike’s training provides us with a large variety of workouts, sometimes specifically designed for the activities we are involved in: skiing, golf, tennis and grandchildren. He is very sensitive to our old injuries and designs his sessions to work with our limitations. Thank you Mike!
