Group Circuit Trainers
Total body workout circuit style. This class offers stations of cardio, strength, plyometrics, and core training focus. Maximize your calorie burn and total body training. Small classes of no more than 6 people allows quality attention from the trainer in order to give proper feedback and instruction.
Taking this class allowed me to have my first injury free running season. My lower back pain was gone, my knee didn’t bother me anymore, I had more energy and was even able to recover faster after long runs. On top of everything I finally achieved my marathon goal time.
