I’m a wife, mom, dietitian, personal trainer, and business owner. I struggle daily with how to get better food into my kids, my husband and mostly my friends. But I’m not the food police. Believe it or not, I too have my own vices, and there are days when I don’t feel like working out. I’m excited to share the tools that have helped me along the way. For example, I find that having a source of accountability is HUGE to the success of anyone.
On a Mission for All of Us
I feel very strongly that the power of food is immeasurable and stronger then any of us really know! I have surrounded myself with so many wonderful people who have the same mission. That mission is to help educate and empower you to your own total health and wellness through a plant centered diet.
I’m not going to try and put you on a diet, but rather provide you with tips and tools to help you accomplish your goals based on your needs. These tips and tools will be backed by evidence, science and years of experience, and include great recipes, shopping lists, meal planning, exercise tips, stress reduction techniques and ways to sift through information so you can make educated decisions on your health.
So get ready to learn tips and tools on how to eat more plant based foods, how to plan better, plus amazing recipes and techniques we use to help us accomplish our own total health and wellness!
